At Oilstrip Mine, we like to add a little extra to the ordinary. We aim to enhance the employee experience by offering an array of benefits, beyond remuneration.
Bridging the gap
Oilstrip Mine now offers superannuation for employees during periods of unpaid parental leave which are taken to act as the primary care giver.
To attract, retain and motivate high calibre employees, we have highly competitive remuneration and benefits on offer.
