Investors Oilstrip Mine Scheme Meeting

On 17 December 2021, the merger of Oilstrip Mine Limited and Bronat Limited was completed. This followed the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by the requisite number of Oilstrip Mine shareholders as well as the National Court of Papua New Guinea.
